I originally gave them a 1 star because while working on a leaky bathtub faucet they had broken the main shut off valve and had cost me an additional $1737. I had already lost all hope of reimbursement because it occurred over a year ago and I tried to contact them about it once before to no avail. I was pleasantly surprised when Kate responded to my review and reimbursed me the cost of the second plumbers. Thank you for taking care of your customers
