Fantastic service from Riley; as echoed by the numerous rave reviews. He takes a crappy situation (figuratively and literally) and makes it seem less daunting and overwhelming. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t mind the numerous questions we asked. His explanations were thorough and easy to understand which we greatly appreciated. He also walked us through some things we might want to consider in the future and what those costs may look like. He was incredibly respectful of our home and our cats. We enjoyed his company as much as we enjoyed his quick wit and professionalism. 10/10 this gentleman deserves all the kudos.
