Technician (Mo) was respectful, friendly, communicated all tasks and recommendations and services thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the original issue but he was also able to service another home issue on same date (furnace related). I would highly recommend and will be going with this company again!

My kitchen sink backed up on Xmas day and I called Gentlemen Pros on Boxing Day and they sent Austin and Chad to take care of the issue. I explained what had happened and they were able to quickly confirm what I thought was happening. They fixed the issue and Austin did a full check on the rest of the house. Austin was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good tips about my furnace, hot water heater and plumbing throughout my home. Both were very courteous and friendly. Excellent service.

5 Stars for Richard G. and the team at The Gentleman Pros!

Richard had come by the same day as my furnace went out (of course it happens when it gets to minus 25 C) and was very informative, super friendly and thorough.

He walked me through the operation process of our heating system, its inherent flaws, and what routine maintenance will look like at the appropriate intervals.

They also did a complimentary inspection of our plumbing, heating and systems.

Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the Edmonton area!

Recently had an electrical issue at the dryer plug & outlet/receptacle. There was damage to the outlet/receptacle, and damage to the wires. Stanley R arrived to complete the assessment and repairs. Stanley was very professional (respectful, clean, knowledgeable), and completed the repair quickly and properly. After the repair, Stanley completed some additional testing to ensure there were no other issues. Great service and quality work!
