Mohamed S. was a Rockstar. He came to our residence in the nick of time, in the middle of the night. He was professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable and pointed my attention me to things that we needed to keep an eye out for, in terms of our plumbing. I can not believe the service I received tonite. I was called to my rental property at 1015 in the evening and when I realized it was not a solution I could do on my own. I looked on my google and called The gentleman Pro’s and they dispatched out Logan who has been such a breath of fresh air. His knowledge and McGiver skills amazed me. He quickly figured out that it was a city line break and called the city to come shut off the main water line. The city arrived and after only a few minutes told Logan that they could not find the valve and were about to leave. Logan went out and basically did the job. Logan was upfront with costs all along. I can’t say much more than he deserves a raise.

We purchased a new home less than a year ago and our tankless water heater sprung a leak! Knowing that the builders take weeks to respond, we called The Gentlemen Pros for help. Chrystal was wonderful to speak to and arranged for us to get help within the hour, first thing in the morning! Dave S came by, looked everything over and even talked me through how things work. Very very very impressed with the work we had done today ! I called yesterday at 330pm & they were able to book me in for the next day. Our technician, Conrad was amazing ! Went absolutely above & beyond for us ! He was upfront & honest about the work that had to be done. He simplified everything so it was easy to understand. He made it look so much better & adjusted what was needed to make it more efficient. He walked through our house after to check the rest of our plumbing & told us exactly what we needed done.
