Just had Ryan here to do a job that another plumber was paid for and didn’t do correctly. The company sent him the next day sent a photo of who was coming it was great.
Ryan did a great job he is very nice even though I was a pain lol very professional and very knowledgeable explained everything.
100 % approve of this company.

Came over to look at a broken bathroom fan. Ended up getting the motor replaced and while I feel like I might have overpaid for the work involved the technician was polite and helpful. He went out got the motor and a new grill and finished the replacement in about an hour.

Will consider again in the future but only for bigger jobs I think.

Riley at the Gentlemen Pros Plumbing went above and beyond for us and I really wanted to share this review with everyone.
We had our hot water tank leak hot water all over the basement at 11:00 pm on a freezing cold night. Riley stayed with us until 1:30 am in the morning, to ensure everything was fixed. He ran to his van, in the freezing cold numerous times throughout the job, identified the issues, replaced necessary parts, completed full inspection and made sure everything is working well, before leaving our home. It is very rare when I write a review for anyone or anything, but in this case, I really wanted to make sure to share it with the community, so as if you have a plumbing issue on a cold freezing night, do know, you are not alone, help will be on its way! The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing will be there to help, regardless of the time of the day or the temperature outside! Also, at the end of the job Riley spent time cleaning up everything, so it looked great and that’s at 1:30am in the morning!

We had Riley B out today to do services on our furnace. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and worded everything in easy to understand terms.

Our home is now warm and comfortable, and for a reasonable price. He was also super great with our toddler who seemed very interested in everything he was doing.

I have used The Gentlemen Pros multiple times in the past year. For both plumbing, and heating. They always deliver, and get the job done. We have had great experiences with Terry in the past as well.

We reached out to have someone take a look at an electrical problem we were having, Martin was our guy and was a pleasure to work with! He was clear and transparent about everything going on and made the solutions easy to understand

We had an amazing experience with Martin! After an unexpected power outage in our basement, he restored it with speed and professionalism. Martin was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what was going on and how he would fix it.

Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he also ensured everything was safe and up to code after, giving us complete peace of mind. His friendly demeanor and dedication to quality work made the whole process stress-free!

I had a leaking kitchen faucet and was offered several options from a less expensive short term fix to a full replacement of the faucet which would remedy the issue long term. All options were to thoroughly explained to me including different choices for a new faucet and discussion of the warranty for the new faucet. I elected to replace and upgrade my faucet. Everything was completed to my satisfaction including installation of additional shut off valves which my kitchen faucet did not originally have. Pricing was made clear up front, there were no surprises, and my technician Travis was friendly, thorough, and explained everything effectively. Thank you for the great service.

Ryan came to check on a few plumbing issues in my townhouse. I received a call in advance letting me know when he would arrive. He answered my questions and was able to provide solutions and 2 quotes for the job. Very transparent pricing and detailed the concerns, causes and repair. Would highly recommend.

Conrad from Gentlemen Pros was very caring and attentive when analyzing my water heater for problems. He ended up identifying a quick fix for my broken water heater and got it up and running right away.
