We called Gentlemen Pros again to fix something else in our bathroom upstairs. Jordan was on call and he came and did a recall on a job previously done by someone else. He was amazing. one look at the suituation he knew right away what was wrong. He explained everything to us, what was not done before and how he was going to fix it. He was such a funny guy but very professional. He fixed the drains and clogs and went above and beyond to what was needed to be done. Thanks Jordan!!

We had leaking in the bathroom upstairs, and water came down our kitchen and dining room ceiling downstairs. We were in a panoc. I called Gentlemen Pros right away and though they were busy that night, they sent Mo in the morning. Mo was very professional. He explained the whole process to us and showed us our options. We never felt like he was rushing. He took his time to really find the problem and fix it. He was amazing. After all the work he did, he cleaned up all the mess and everything was neat. Then he explained the full report and the warranties. Would definitely go back to Gentlemen pros and Mo for any plumbing needs.

Gareth and Austin were here to fix and install the new parts to the hot water tank. They both were extremely professional, transparent and kind. They offered excellent customer service and answered all questions. We were quoted an incorrect amount, however they still honoured the initial quote which shows integrity and loyalty to their customers. We really appreciated their knowledge and help.
