Frank and Emmanuel came out this morning to repair our furnace. They were persistent, positive and professional.

The quality of the work is exceptional.
It is very reassuring to have such knowledge, trusting professionals repair and educate me about my furnace and plumbing. I learned a lot about maintaining my home, and the customer service was above and beyond what I expected.

When it’s this cold outside (-35), and your furnace goes. Calling a company so trusting that genuinely cares about people is comforting. Also knowing they did it right.

Trevor was fantastic! He went above and beyond to get our hot water working! He stayed until after 10pm to install a new tank and was courteous and professional throughout. We would highly recommend The Gentleman’s Plumber!

They came to repair our garage heater. The two techs that came out were very friendly, professional and informative. They were upfront about cost and work before they continued any further. They had to order the parts needed to repair the unit and they were back within a week to do so.

Woke up to find a sewer backup issue in our basement. Called The Gentleman Pros Plumbers and they had Troy out to us in about an hour. From the start of the call, the experience was awesome. Troy was professional, courteous and diligent. Nothing was hidden and we felt completely aware at all times of what was going on. Would highly recommend these people.

Peter found out the problem with my furnace. Could not fix on Sunday as he couldn't get the part. Was able to do a temporary fix until he came the next day. (Did not have heat) He came back fixed my furnace and now I am really glad to have heat again. Very informative, professional and did neat work. Thanks, good job!

Jason was at my place for my safety inspection. He went over everything in detail and took the time to explain why things did and did not work. He found a problem with my garage furnace. It was fixed and is now running smoothly. Because I keep animals in my garage, he recommended and supplied a carbon monoxide tester.
I will ask to have him again for my next service

Brad was very courteous and professional, he spent the time to do proper diagnostics and figure out where the issues were coming from and thankfully he did because we discovered other issues that needed to be fixed or they would have turned into bigger problems down the road. I would definitely ask Brad to come back for any of my future plumbing and heating issues.

Our seviceperson Justin did a great job. He showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, and did excellent work. All of our expectations were met.

Really happy with the work Jason and Logan did to fix a leaky pipe in the ceiling. The job seemed complicated but it was completed the same day. Value is proportional to what you pay and I can tell these professional stand by the quality of their work. Everything was explained thoroughly and I expect no issues going forward with the leak. Recommended, thanks again.

Once again outstanding service! After the annual inspection and replacement of filters, a noice was coming from the furnace that was installed last year. Quick response to our call, Kale was able to trace the problem to the filter which was slightly shorter creating a whistling sound when furnace fan was on high speed. He was able was able to add a foam trim to block the gap and resolve the problem. The warranty covered this problem and all is fine. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing HVAC, or electrical projects and would endorse the “Gentlemen's Promise” program as a added benefit guaranty of prompt, professional service!

Great guys, didn’t stop or take any breaks when working! Solution seeked for a problem (my previous plumber made that was going to cost an extra $250) and saved us the $250 - will be using them for our future projects!

It's been a while since he was here and forgive me, if it wasn't Justin, it was Jason! You guys are hard to tell apart after a month when I only saw half your face. Either way, he was diligent, conscientious and very detailed. Prompt and polite, I'll be requesting he, specifically, comes back to my next appointment. Excellent job.

Trevor came and assessed my hot water tank, unfortunately it needed to be replaced. This was not in my budget. I told the technician that I wouldn't be able to do anything today but I would call him back when I had a chance to look it all over. He came back 30 min later saying that I had been chosen to receive my services as a gift. It's the most incredible thing someone has done for me in a long time. I wasn't expecting it. The technician gave me a great service and an amazing gift ❤

Justin showed up, he did the work, and he was professional, friendly, and courteous. I honestly can't say enough good about the technicians with Gentlemen Plumbers. Explained everything, checked out the rest of the house, gave me some tips and advice... I never bother calling anyone else.

Rob from the Gentleman’s Plumbers provided us and our home 5 Star Service today. We had scheduled them to handle a leak and broken pipe in our kitchen sink. Before beginning the repair he took the time to inspect the area and noticed the problem was a little larger than we had realized. He was very informative in explaining his concerns, the possible outcomes, and all of the costs up front, leaving no surprises. Included in his service appointment today, he also offered to inspect our entire home, where we located several other areas of current and future concerns. He was extremely informative, and answered all of my questions, which was helpful and appreciated from someone who is not well versed in this area. We decided to add a few additional fixes today and he was able to complete them in the same service visit, and again, kept me informed of the financial commitment the entire time. I appreciated the education, being informed to avoid surprises, and his friendly demeanour. I would highly recommended Rob and the Gentleman Plumbers!
