The Gentlemen Pros are a team. From my first phone call asking for assistance these sincere professionals worked together at all times for my good and for a good outcome all together. Many thanks to Tammy and the other nice lady who helped on the phone. Richard arrived ahead of schedule just to help us out. He inspired confidence and has guided me through a new process, to replace our furnace that suddenly failed. Never had to do that before. With his trustworthy expertise it also became an opportune time to replace our hot water tank which is near the end of it's life cycle. I have signed up for their maintenance program for the new equipment for it is an outstanding value. We had an emergency on a cold winter's night, and have discovered first hand the good customer service the Gentlemen Pros Company are capable of.

Our hot water tank was not giving us any hot water. We phoned The Gentlemen Plumbers and they told us they would phone to let us know what time they would be coming which made it convenient for us. They were right on time. David, from the Gentlemen Plumbers, came and explained what we could do and what it would cost us. We decided to replace the hot water tank. Again, David showed us what he had done and how we should look after it in future. What a delight, to have someone honest and truly caring about doing a good job. We would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.
