So, apparently, when life gives you dilemmas, you make dilemmanade. Unfortunately, my dilemma was that my radiators weren't making anything but constant heat, which may have been fine if it was January and/or I was a lizard, but neither of these things are true (or at least, until my world domination plans come to pass, I'm not admitting to the latter). Thankfully, a quick call to the Gentlemen Pros and only a few hours later, I have working heat again (or, more accurately, heat that only works when I *want* it to work), and am no longer being boiled out of my condo like a... I dunno, something that gets boiled... it's been a long day and I'm tired, so fill in your own simile. Anyway, I have gotta say that the techs (Frank and Johnny) who came out were, frankly, (see what I did there?) excellent, thorough, and I would happily recommend their services for any heating, plumbing or electrical work to anyone in need of that kind of thing based on my experience today. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go find some lemon juice and sugar, because I'm still craving that lemonade.

Kale was extremely professional and friendly even with our very inquisitive 3 young children. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The work itself was amazing and I think will add to the re-sale value of our home. Kale went above and beyond in organizing and fixing the piping from our new on-demand water Heating system to the in-floor Heating.

I had Ryan in today to provide a quote for a furnace replacement. He’s very knowledgeable, went over and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Took all the time needed and I never felt rushed and there was no pressure to make a decision immediately. Have had Ryan do work before in my home and have always been very happy with it.

Randy showed up on time and was very professional and polite, I explained the issues I was having to him, and he walked me through the repairs and explained the pricing to me. The work was completed in a timely fashion, work area cleaned up properly and through the process, Randy was open to answering any questions I had. Highly recommend this company and technician.

Devin from Gentlemen Plumber was fantastic to deal with. He was thorough in his evaluation of the issue we were having and gave us several options to work with. Devin also pulled off professionalism and friendly service perfectly. We did not feel pressured to do anything we didn’t need but he took the time to explain things that may need attention at some point. We will definitely use Gentlemen Plumber again.

HE boiler/heating repair. Ryan is great for plumbing repairs! Today, Dean came by to perform full house electrical assessment. Knowledgeable, respectful, friendly. Provided clear explanations in areas for improvement and increased safety.

Richard was very efficient in completing the annual checkup of the plumbing and heating systems. He was friendly and helpful and shared the video of the sewer line with me and explained the issues in detail so that I could make an informed decision.

Today Jeff and Joe came to clear the drain in my kitchen. They arrived early within the time window I received. They clearly outlined what needed to be done and the fair pricing options for the job. They were friendly and did a great job. After they finished the kitchen sink drained better than ever! Frank and Johnny came out to replace our furnace. Because of our AC coil placement and old thermostat and other issues, they encountered some hustles. But they were patient and kept their positive disposition. They worked hard for 2 solid days for us. We really appreciated their work ethics.
