We had issues with our water softener screeching at us and water spilling out the overflow valve. Our tech determined that the float was jammed. Freed the float reset and tested the unit.very professional service

I got an estimate done on the plumbing work to be done. I felt secure that it was a fair extimate because they charge by the job, not by the hour.

It's been a couple of years since our last interaction with these folks.
Our opinion hasn't changed. They are our first call for our plumbing, heating, and now electrical.
Our technician was courteous, patient, thorough, extremely customer focused, and perseverant.
He protected our floors with mats and wore covers on his boots.
He took care of all the issues with our home (which took 9 hours), and never even took a break.
The guy's a machine.
Their customer service line is actually answered by a human. Every time.
They listened to my concerns, dispatched it to the right guys, and kept us informed as to when he would be on location.
We will continue to use their services in the future, and are now covered with a comprehensive plan for future issues.

He was respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough.
He did a complete tear out of our old furnace system, and replaced it with a new unit, bringing it up to code.
This was no easy job.
When he was done, you couldn't tell anyone was there, he cleaned up so well.
Even turned out all the lights when he left.
These guys have our complete trust, as we could leave them completely unattended to do other things around the yard.
We are customers for life.

Technician arrived on time, and was professional and knowledgeable. He was here about 4 hours doing a thorough inspection and replacing of a valve and some other issues. Clearly explained the quote and pricing and was happy to answer all questions about the work being done.

Richard and Zack were very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, on time, quick, did a great cleanup job and pleasant. Will definitely use this company again.

I have hired The Gentlemen Pros a few times over the past few years for plumbing projects and repairs (replace hot water tank, replace main shut off valve, replace hose bib, connect a laundry sink, replace a faucet supply line, etc.). I have had Adam, Brad and Logan at my house, and they have all be great.

Wonderful service from reception all the way to the techs and plumbers on site. Really went the extra mile and focus on making you feel comfortable on pricing and how you'll be taken care of. You can feel a kind of focus from the whole company on presenting a friendly face that doesn't stress you out - key when dealing with plumbing, especially, because water damage is intense and expensive. I'm kind of blown away and have never had an experience like this from a service in this category. Quite something.

This is the 2nd time using The Gentleman Pros. They worked with us to get someone out to our property as soon as possible and kept in communication when our service was delayed. Brad D. came out to access our hot water tank and we were given different options after his assessment. We chose to replace our tank and because he had tanks in his truck our install was done same day. Brad was personable and was great at explaining our options as well as after care/warranty. We will continue to use TGP.

Had them come in to check a leaking hot water tank. The tech, Brad, was great and was very patient with my many questions. They are more expensive then some of the other providers out there so I do recommend doing your research on what the other companies offer to determine if the premium services offered by TGPros are what you need. Their customer service was top notch, and while my review was initially less stars, their rep. Maria went above and beyond expectations, so far as following up several months later to ensure I was satisfied with the service and value I received. For this they deserve the 5 star rating.

Richard provided professional advice on options to replace our hot water heater. The quality of the installation was excellent and the service was awesome!!. He also left us with some value added tips for some other items we inquired about. I recommended him to a colleague who was shopping for an A/C installation.

We were provided with a variety of options and felt no pressure choosing what we felt was best for us. This the second time we’ve utilized this company and our experience has been very positive each time. We highly recommend the service we were provided with.

Richard came out to our rural property to complete the shock chlorination of our well. He climbed down the ladder into the well space and crawled under the cabin with ease. Clogged screens were replaced and a filter built into the waterline. Richard was back the next morning to complete the well shock chlorination.
His work went seamlessly as he could foresee any potential concerns.
We highly recommend Richard's expertise and service.

Plumber diagnosed problem successfully. Spare part needed not available in Calgary, but he did source the part elsewhere and arranged to return later and fit the part when it arrives.

Julio was very professional and easy going at the same time. Very thorough and took the time to show us what he saw and explained the causes of the issues he discovered. Would definitely, want him back again.

Called for hot water tank repair but was advised that replacement would be more beneficial in the long run. Richard was very knowledgeable and professional. I will be calling on him again for furnace replacement.

Richard was great. Polite, got everything done quick. Replaced our hot water tank in an afternoon. Very impressive! Another plumber even came in on his day off to help Richard lift the new tank in and take the old tank out. Great service.

Besides replacing an old toilet Rob spotted and/or replaced three leaky valves and worn out hoses associated with the washer. He also gave advice about waste pipe maintenance and a malfunctioning kitchen tap that could save us bucks down the road. Had the sense Rob is honest and personable and knows his stuff.

Jason provided excellent service, and stayed until he was satisfied that the job was done right.
