The Gentleman who attended our place was very helpful, attentive and honest about what services they provide/perform and what they couldn't. In the end, the job was beyond the scope of services they provide but he was most helpful in performing an inspection and making valuable recommendations.

Cody & Lyle were professional and knowledgeable. Toilet was replaced quickly and very neatly.

Laverne K was a true pleasure. He was able to be early, so I was contacted and confirmed he could show up an hour early. Bonus. He was very flexible with my working from home; Courteous and Professional. Gave an initial quote based on first look; came back 20 minutes later with a far simpler repair to the tap and was also much cheaper. Repair and overall house inspection was complete in a little over an hour. Showed great care and concern for COVID protocols and his own work cleanliness. I am very very pleased with Laverne and The Gentlemen Plumbers. Thank you! :-)

Really well done and efficient, their employee was very professional and complied with all current covid safety standards an went farther with the job then i ever imagined. He suggested what he assumed was the best fix for my situation and then even helped compare all the variable options i could possibly take.
They got me set up with a new hot water heater and all the necessary fixings.and even repaired and installed new floor where the old water heater was. Their employee made sure i fully understood all the work that may need to be or that had been done and made sure i would not have any surprise fee's or alike. (2020)

The employee showed up promptly and early and immediately got to work after informing me of any costs that I may end up having to pay. He was patient, clean and courteous on top of being professional and helpful.
He ended up eventually unclogging my kitchen sink and got me set up for my furnace which already needed repair.
I highly recommend the company. (2024)

They showed up on time an immediately got to work after assuring I knew what I had agreed to. Removing my old furnace and installing the new one all while even answering a few random questions I had about maintenance.
If you need quality work who also cares that you get what you need. then this is who I would suggest (2024)

Due to intense weather my furnace busted a piece an they sent out a technician within the hour of my call and it was fixed with 4 hours (2025)

I was pleased with the fast service I received after phoning about a new faucet placed last year. It had become loose. I wasn’t really pleased with the faucet but that was the only one available on the service truck when I had to have the faucet replaced last year. I had company coming and wanted it done right away. Richard E. was very polite and eager to repair the foundation of the faucet and went out and got a faucet that was more appropriate to what I had wanted. Love my new faucet!

Our hot water tank was leaking and never thought that could have been so bad. I called the gentleman’s plumber they were both very nice guys, very detailed on the job and caught the issue right away that could have been worst flooding in our basement. I love the good service. Highly recommended.

Most excellent service again. A huge job to replace hot water tank and all lines in a condo. Perfect job in a small space on a hot day. Answered all my questions and checked everything thoroughly. So patient and knowledgeable. Accommodated all my requests. Made sure all was done right and checked the work after. Went above and beyond. Showed he cared and was very professional. Stayed until job was done and also checked other items of concern I had.

My Dad’s furnace stopped working, I gave the Gentlemen Plumbers(Red Deer). They came out, did a diagnostic on the furnace, realization was he would need a new unit installed. The workers were prompt, up front and just a general pleasure to be around. They ripped out the broken furnace, installed the new one, replaced the chimney all in a short period of time.

I would not hesitate one second in recommending this company to anyone. Excellent employees and more than fair rates. Extremely pleased with the finished product. Will definitely call them back for any future problems.
