These folks were easy to get hold of and communicate with; CJ was on site in less than 24 hours. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly troubleshooted our plumbing issues, provided a clear cost quote and executed repairs efficiently with skill. He also took extra care not to make a mess, plus thoroughly cleaned up any debris resulting from leak repair and fixture replacement. CJ also provided some clear advice on some minor fixes I could do myself. I am thoroughly satisfied and will definitely contract The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing should I have any plumbing needs in the future!

Emmanuel was on time, very polite, very thorough and professional in listening to, and investigating my plumbing issues. He installed several shut-off values where there were none, which subsequently fixed the leak from the elbow joint that was my main concern. During the complimentary home survey, Emmanuel suggested excellent maintenance practices to follow. He went above and beyond to determine if a faucet that appeared to be installed backwards would be a simple fix. Unfortunately, the hot and cold water lines had been installed backwards, so a much bigger job than I was prepared to resolve, lol. All in all, I would recommend services from The Gentlemen Pros and Emmanuel.

Brad found where our leak was coming from and replaced a part for us. Great work! He came on time as noted by dispatch, worked hard to find out what happened and did his thing. Super friendly and awesome!

Called and had an appointment for a leaking water heater within 24 hours. They communicate very well between their office, plumbers, and customer. Brad came to fix the issue and went above and beyond. He was very personable and friendly while be a great professional. He had the issue fixed very fast and took time to explain what had happened, what was fixed, how to prevent issues in the future, and showed reasoning for the parts being replaced. I would highly recommend their business.

Needed our hot water tank replaced, our tech was Julio very informative, respectful. Just an all around great experience. If I need any work done in the future, I’ll definitely call again, and ask for Julio.

Julio arrived on time and was thorough in checking my HVAC system. He quickly pointed out the issue and resolved it. This was followed by a full check around the house and some useful advice for me as the home owner. I would use Julio's services again without hesitation.

Gentlemen Plumbers was quick to respond and had a service team out earlier then quoted. Kale was very professional and made sure I understood what was going on. When inspecting the drains on the house made sure I was involved and showed me all the problems that were the cause. Kale was a great teacher to the apprentice Johnny that was working with him. Johnny was very knowledgeable with the warranties that were supplied by the company. Kale was quick to identify other problems with the plumbing in my home while doing an included inspection and had the parts to fix them on hand. I will be doing further business with Gentlemen Plumbers for further repairs to the plumbing and also the future replacement of our furnace and hot water tank. Another company that is professional and supports more then one service for the home. Definitely recommend and look forward to their service and workmanship.

I had a sewer backup emergency and after trying 3 other companies, Gentlemen Pros showed up in 3 hours. Friendly, affable fellows who provide professional service. Took care to keep the house clean before, during and after clearing the sewer line (which is a gross job). I will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

The Gentleman Pros have done extensive plumbing, heating, AC and electrical for us and their service is second to none. Professional, courteous and meticulous in their work, we use their services exclusively! I consider myself quite fussy and they never disappoint! My highest praise for both their work and their business model.

My bathroom faucet was replaced by one technician, Rob and a detected minor leak was fixed by Frank. Thanks to both gentlemen for taking care of these issues. As always, the technicians at Gentlemen Pros know their stuff and my home continues to receive excellent service from them.
