Patrick was on time and a gentleman!
He did a through job in his inspection and installation of a new frost free hose bib after the old one froze and flooded the basement. A very helpful and friendly young man!

I contacted The Gentlemen Pros as I needed some plumbing work done. Before beginning the job, Lyle and Cody discussed all available options as well as showed a detailed breakdown of costs, so no surprises at the end of the job. Lyle and Cody completed the job to my satisfaction in a timely manner as well as answered any additional questions I had regarding any further concerns related to plumbing throughout my home; and I did have a few ;) Lyle and Cody were knowledgeable, friendly (funny!), and their willingness to help was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I recommend The Gentlemen Pros.

Logan was outstanding, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in answering all my questions and explained everything in a way I could easily understand.

I had contacted Gentlemen Pros to repair my infloor heating. I had tried other businesses and no-one would help. Gentlemen Pros were willing to assist and Dan was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem and had to obtain and install a new thermostat. This was all done on the initial visit which was greatly appreciated. Dan also did a plumbing inspection of the whole house as an added free service. He did a report and we discussed the problems he found. He also instructed me on how to use the new thermostat. I definitely would recommend this business for any electrical, plumbing or HVAC problem. I was very pleased with their service.

Very polite and personable and completed the work required and left the area very clean.

From the first phone call to make the appointment, to when Logan and James came out to diagnose a water leak that caused pooling under my floor tiles was nothing but exceptional.

From the moment they walked in, they were professional, showed great empathy and took the time to explain what had gone wrong and what they were going to do to repair.

The work is efficient, and trusted but the cost is so very high. I am shocked how much it cost to disconnect two junction boxes.

Richard was very good and quick servicing installation of a toilet.also he cleaned every partical exceptional spotless.

2022-04-26: Richard & Troy came to check our furnace, which had stopped working.
They did diagnostic testing, cleaning &, after discussing the benefits of repairing our 30+ year old furnace or replacing it, gave us a quote on a new furnace.

They were polite, courteous, professional, yet with senses of humour. They took the time to explain the differences in the new furnaces & allowed us to make our own decision of which furnace to purchase, as well as which extras to install on it (humidifier, a/c, etc.). We give Richard & Troy 5 out of 5 ratings. Thank you, guys.

2022-o4-28: Richard & Troy returned today to install our new furnace. They confirmed with Dave that they would arrive between 8 & 10 a.m. today; they were here at 8:05! They got right to work, tearing out our defunct furnace (it's a noisy business), & putting in the new one. I was not home today but my husband settled in to the clanging & banging. The guys worked diligently between their arrival at 8 a.m. & leaving at 6ish. When the job was completed, they walked Dave through the installation of the furnace & all that was required to keep the furnace maintained, leaving extra filters with him. Richard walked Dave through the operation of the new thermostat with all of it's different functions. Before leaving, he indicated if we had any problems or concerns to give him a call & he would either walk Dave through it or return for a service call.

Everything that needed to be removed was, & we are eager to try out the new furnace today.

Again, we thank Richard & Troy for their good work. We were very happy with the entire process. We give them 5 out of 5 stars again today.

Great experience with The Gentlemen Plumbers. Cleared out a backedup sink and Peter M was knowledgable and a great technician. Would recommend.

When I showed up 10 minutes before the appointment Logan was already there clearing snow of our rentals sidewalk to kill time.

Logan was very professional, knowledgeable and personal and got everything done in a very timely manner, keeping me in the loop as the job went on.

Trevor was fast, polite, efficient, and professional. He listened to my concerns and checked his own work carefully. He completely cleaned up when he was done, it's like he was never here - except for my new hot water tank. Would hire again.
