The team that came to my house, Walter A. & Mark, were so friendly and helpful. Did a quick once over to let me know all my options, no pressure for specific options either. And once complete did a walk through of the whole house to check all plumbing, even swapped out my furnace filter for me.

We had Cody come out & look at a few plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. He is a very pleasant person, very professional. Cody did a very good job on fixing all the concerns we had.

Jonah was super nice and explained everything throughly before he did any work. He never showed any impatience when my mom asked him questions especially as her English isn't her first language. He also made sure to test his work before he left, and he cleaned up all the areas that he did work on very nicely. He lived up to the company name. I have used this company a number of times for rental properties and been happy, and I have also experimented with other companies for comparison. My experiences with the Gentleman Plumbers has been so positive that for future needs, they will definitely be my first call. I recently had a mystery leak in my home and scheduled an appointment with the Gentlemen Plumbers. They were prompt, arrived when they said they would, and literally exhausted all options to find the source of the leak for me. They charged a flat service rate, so no worries about racking up hours and having it cost you more. The technician, Rachelle, was thorough, explained things patiently, and instilled confidence. After her thorough investigation of our home for the mystery leak, and after completing a complementary home plumbing inspection, I am confident that she knows my home better than I do, and I will be inclined t ask for her by name the next time I need plumbing help. I very much recommend this company; they were professional, clean, polite, informative, and competent. In the end, Rachelle spent at least 8 full hours making sure the problem was solved.

The plumber arrived when expected, explained what hw was going to do, did it in a reasonable amount of time and was very neat and tidy. Couldn’t be better.

Drain blockage and sewer scope:
I had a plugged drain in the basement. Walter came in and was fantastic. Courteous. Answered all my questions, about the immediate issue and how my sewer line was looking and behaving as it ages. (It’s old). Cleaned up following the job. I would have him back for repairs in future, zero hesitation. Thanks for the help, Walter!

The Gentleman Plumbers plumbing service was outstanding. Our plumber, Owen arrived on time and was well mannered, friendly, efficient, and knew his job very well. He explained everything in detail and solved all of my plumbing issues. Also, the pricing was very fair and was on a per job basis not per hour.
