Our plumber, Nick, was very courteous, professional, clean and efficient. When he was finished the only way you could tell he had been working in our home was by seeing the new hot water tank in our basement. He was also very COVID-19 conscious. When I told him he could work without his mask and gloves he simply stated that it was the company’s policy and he followed all precautions.

Thomas showed up on time, and was quickly able to diagnose that our 19 year old hot water tank had failed and needed to be replaced. He presented the options available and explained them clearly. The replacement was completed quickly, bringing all the connections (water, gas, exhaust) up to code. He left the work area clean and tidy, and took the old tank with him for proper disposal.

We scheduled a service call for our furnace (not coming on). The service appointment was several days out which was acceptable. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call that a service tech was available later the same day.

It took several hours to fully diagnose the problem but the techs explained several options to resolve the situation. They sourced the required repair parts despite the manufacturer not having them available and were very accomodating in scheduling the final repair to our mutual satisfaction.

Greg was very thorough, professional and personable. Explained everything he was looking for & how it could be resolved. One of our bathroom sinks was very slow to drain. He explained what he thought the issue might be, quite clearly as well as what the costs might be. I never felt pushed to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with or other options. He worked quickly & took great care to observe COVID-19measures to clean, put a mat down, wear gloves & a mask.
Have used this company before and found them to be very consistent & reliable. Glad to support local, small business! Highly recommend! Will use them again & trust their work.

I had been trying (and getting so frustrated ) for 3 days , to do what u did in one hour and I really can't even express my appreciation.. Mike came and augered a sink that has been a problem for months. Yippee it runs freely now. He then inspected the rest of my plumbing and pointed out potential future problems so I am aware of them and can take steps to prevent them. He was prompt, super polite and efficient. Next plumbing problem I will call much sooner rather than trying to fix it myself.... I am definitely not a plumber no matter how many youtube tutorials I watch!

Even during quarantine these guys were fantastic. Phoned and they had a screening process and they had someone here with an hour and a half. Masks and booties were worn in the house. Frank was extremely polite and informative to all my silly questions. I didn’t feel like it was overpriced because Of how quickly they came, fixed the issue, made sure everything was working and did a check up on all my other plumbing. Would highly recommend to anyone!
