Walter was friendly, polite, and very accommodating of my schedule. It was great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back for follow-up work. All in all a very positive experience!

I was in need of my dishwasher being installed. I had to have the pipes under my sink completely replaced to have the dishwasher connect and Walter was extremely informative on exactly everything he needed to do and how much it would cost. Any work they do has a 5yr guarantee and he also checked the rest of the plumbing in the house to make sure everything else was working properly. We just bought this house and that was a huge bonus to us just to know everything else was in good condition! He was so friendly and mindful I wouldn't recommend any other company!

They truly care about their customers, I had originally called about a radiant heater and didn't have the best experience, however, as soon as I explained my concerns the staff bent over backwards to help clear the issue right away, a special thanks to Maria and Thomas who worked with me on getting a laundry sink installed. They made sure every part of the project from start to finish went smooth and kept in contact to ensure I was happy. It was definetly a positive experience!

We had good service from the tech who came to help when Mum's waterline under her sink exploded....but then because of miscommunications didn't receive a receipt as requested. After almost a year I pushed to get one, and connected with Cherelle. Through multiple conversations she figured it out, and we finally got our receipt.

She went above and beyond by asking her manager if there was anything further they could do because of the inconvenience, and got us a partial refund! This was unexpected and much appreciated as my Mum is living on pensions. I would recommend this company as one that really does care about making sure their customers are happy! 🙂

Adam did an excellent job with my plumbing work. It was a difficult work to connect internal weeping tile to external manhole. He was very professional through out the execution.

Very responsive and on time. Neb was very professional and explained all the work required and the costs. Did a great job of the complementary checking of the other plumbing in the home.

Frank was very professional. He was very throughout and gave us lots of suggestions and wasn't pushy about going for theirs services. He did a great job and kept the area clean a and organized.

Rachelle was awesome to deal with, kept me up to date at every step of the way. The Gentlemen Plumbers also waived the call out fee since they had to reschedule from the first date (due to an emergency on their end). A hassle-free process from start to finish and fair pricing.

Gentlemen plumbers were the only ones that could respond to my lack of hot water today. They were here when the said and were very professional and friendly. They showed me what was happening with my tank and gave me the option on how to proceed. I would highly recommend this company

Victor has to come back a fix s leak that started again after the last technician left. They stand by their work and it shows. I also really appreciated his Batman belt buckle :) made my day.

Greg V is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and great. Pleasure dealing with him. We opted not to get the job we originally planned due to higher than expected price quote (beyond Greg's control). Greg was absolutely professional about it and proceeded to do the full house plumbing inspection and even a few basic plumbing tips anyway! Totally would recommend Greg and his service level!

They called first and showed up when they said they would. I had a new kitchen faucet installed, I was quoted a price before the work started, they explained the billing procedure- and that’s the price I paid when they were finished. They were friendly, professional, and very quick. I would recommend them to anyone, and if I need a plumber again I will definitely call The Gentlemen Plumbers.
