I was in need of my dishwasher being installed. I had to have the pipes under my sink completely replaced to have the dishwasher connect and Walter was extremely informative on exactly everything he needed to do and how much it would cost. Any work they do has a 5yr guarantee and he also checked the rest of the plumbing in the house to make sure everything else was working properly. We just bought this house and that was a huge bonus to us just to know everything else was in good condition! He was so friendly and mindful I wouldn't recommend any other company!

They truly care about their customers, I had originally called about a radiant heater and didn't have the best experience, however, as soon as I explained my concerns the staff bent over backwards to help clear the issue right away, a special thanks to Maria and Thomas who worked with me on getting a laundry sink installed. They made sure every part of the project from start to finish went smooth and kept in contact to ensure I was happy. It was definetly a positive experience!

We had good service from the tech who came to help when Mum's waterline under her sink exploded....but then because of miscommunications didn't receive a receipt as requested. After almost a year I pushed to get one, and connected with Cherelle. Through multiple conversations she figured it out, and we finally got our receipt.

She went above and beyond by asking her manager if there was anything further they could do because of the inconvenience, and got us a partial refund! This was unexpected and much appreciated as my Mum is living on pensions. I would recommend this company as one that really does care about making sure their customers are happy! 🙂
