We called Gentlemen Plumbing on June 9 for a leak from bathtub faucet. Greg came and took a look around our unit to help diagnose if there is any other plumbing issue, and was very helpful in giving tips on maintenance/prevention of plumbing issues. Greg was also very helpful in making sure that the leak in the faucet was completely repaired, as it turned out to be not a simple fix as we had thought.

Rachelle was amazing! Super thorough, detailed and made us aware of all the things she saw. She took the time to explain everything to us and to make sure we were happy with everything before I paid/ she left. She cleaned up after, leaving the place cleaner than it was when she got to our place. She was respectful of our decisions not to take some of her suggestions- no pushy sales! I love the up front pricing and the fully stocked trucks. Great service from the first phone call to the time she left. Thank you for being a trustworthy service!

We are very happy with the recent kitchen drain clearing service provided by The Gentlemen Plumbers. For several days I had unsuccessfully tried to unplug a very badly clogged kitchen drain, using liquid drain cleaners and a power snake. Nothing worked. I finally decided to call The Gentlemen Plumbers, based on great reviews and their attention to customer and employee safety during this pandemic. The technician (Victor) arrived on schedule and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He wore a mask and gloves and shoe covers for our safety. He worked hard to clear the stubborn clog and kept at it until he was sure that it was draining properly. He also tightened the sink plumbing fittings which were loose from before his visit. He also performed a thorough inspection of our home's plumbing and provided a very important suggestion regarding upgrading our wash machine water supply hoses, to prevent possible burst and flooding. Victor kept the work area in our kitchen clean during work and ensured that the area was well cleaned after completion.

Frank and Richard were both very professional in how they completed our repairs. We were given great advise as to options in adding additional work to what we needed done as well as what was the best product for us to use. Both have a great work ethic and were fun to be around.
I already have recommended Frank to my son.

Adam came to the house and repaired our clogged kitchen sink. He also observed a number of items that could be improved when he did a plumbing inspection of our house. He was not pushy at all, simply recommended how and why certain things could be done better. He did the work quickly, and was extremely courteous and professional. Thank you Adam!
