Rachelle B. at the Gentlemen Plumbers did a terrific job in replacing the faucets in my bathrooms! She was skilled and thoroughly competent!
There was a issue with removing the old faucet and the sink got nixed. Rachelle and the Gentlemen Plumbers handled it in a professional manner by replacing the sink with a new one at no charge to me.
Highly recommended!

Had a plugged shower drain. Technician was friendly, upfront, and informative. He was persistent to get the job done the least invasive way possible, despite some unexpected complications. Very happy with the result, would definitely call next time I need a plumber

Sewer backed up on our main floor, phoned expecting to not get an appointment for a couple days. Greg showed up a couple hrs later and had the line open despite the mess of farmer engineered plumbing lines and fixtures. troubleshooted another leak and despite putting in a 18hr day he got it done and explained everything as he went. Really appreciated him going out of his way to make sure it was done right before leaving.

Darren showed up when the other plumbers wouldn't. Very professional and did excellent work.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Ryan was very thorough, explained everything (SO important since I’m a single mom who knows nothing about plumbing), and discussed every option in detail. I would highly recommend this company, and especially Ryan.

They are always so incredibly professional and nice to work with. They certainly live up to their name. The woman who first answered the phone when I called them was so nice I honestly thought for a second she was not a real person. They so clearly explained the process, including all of the precautions they are taking due to COVID. Walter was at our house within 2 hours, and was so friendly and explained all of the options to us, including illustrations to show what the possibilities were. He wore foot coverings to protect our floors, a mask and gloves, and maintained a safe social distance, and everything was contactless. He explained everything every step of the way, and worked really hard to find the solution to the water coming up in our basement (which turned out to not be roots like we thought, but clogged weeping tile). I am so relieved to have called them and found out what the issue was, and the service could not have been friendlier. We have a membership with them and it is well worth it.

Update: We once again called them out due to an emergency, and Mike was at our house within a few hours and got it fixed right away. As always they are so friendly and fast. :)

My 88 year old mom says that Owen was professional and went the extra mile by checking all her pipe handles her hot water tank and furnace. So pleased with service. Especially during this time.

Nice to talk to a real person on the phone to set up appointment and she was wonderful to deal with. Service person also very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Logan was very professional and explained everything he was going to do clearly. He’s trustworthy, reliable and very hard working. I felt the job was in good hands with Logan and know that it was done right the first time.

We had a problem with our toilet leaking at its base. We called the Gentleman Plumbers and they responded right away. Mike Z. came on the scheduled date and asked what the problem was. Every detail was explained to us and in no time, he fixed it. We opted to have the old fixtured changed to a new one and I am glad they carried recommended brands. Very professional and polite. Highly recommended service!
