Had Dave and Riley here to address more plumbing issues not quite fixed last time around. Friendly polite found the problem, fixed it! They did an inspection and now we are having minor issues with the furnace but it might not be related. Overall satisfied.

Edit: Updated to 5-stars as Beth and Trevor were quick to respond to our concerns & the furnace issue was relatively minor and not likely related to the inspection.

Marc was absolutely fantastic! I can't say anything negative about my experience. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He came to do an electrical inspection and I am so glad he did. Gave me a great insight as to what items needed to be addressed sooner and what could be addressed later. I felt comfortable asking questions and everything was explained to me in a way that made sense. He was even able to fix a burnt outlet while onsight that we had concerns about. I will definitely be using them in the future for any and all home repairs.

They were available the same day my kitchen sink issues manifested, and did a great job of being thorough and honoring the quote that they gave me at the start. It would have been expensive if the project could have been completed and repaired in a couple hours. It actually took them over 10 hours to finally reconstruct the faulty drain assembly under my sink and auger out a deeply clogged shared drain between my home and my neighbour's. Both Alan and Richard were calm, professional and willing to go that extra mile to complete the job. Great warranty on their work, too.
