I had an excellent experience using the Gentlemen Pros in the past and called then again because I had no hot water. I was booked for first thing Monday, Richard my service guy showed up on time. I received both a text to confirm and an email of confirmation upon arrival. Turns out it was a better value to replace my 12yr old tank that I never serviced once :( . Richard had everything to complete the job in his service van with basic to advance warranty options (great! options, I was so happy). So boom he was in/out and done, I have hot water. Richard was great, he did a awesome job left the house clean really great. tech. THANK YOU *****

We’ve used Gentlemen Pros several times over the years for plumbing and furnace repairs . Their technicians have always been polite, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. This time we had a water leak and circulating pump failure in our basement overnight. They arrived early next morning and fixed the problem the same day. Plumbing ain’t cheap, but the Gentleman Pros provide a professional and responsive service at a very reasonable cost. We wouldn’t call anyone else.
