Richard was very professional , friendly and super knowledgeable. He had the furnace diagnosed asap with the solution as well .
It had to be replaced. We sat down and he educated me on the different options available which made the choice very easy.
The issue occurred Thursday 17 October Richard was there Friday morning. I have the service plan for $20 and some change and it’s worth every penny. High recommend this monthly plan . Highly recommended Richard and the Gentlemen Pros for any heating / plumbing problems.
They also installed a new hot water heater about a year ago again and totally satisfied.
Again HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GENTLEMEN PROS.

Had a visit from Andrew & Matthew regarding a leak under the sink. Not only did they identify the source of the leak, but they also ran extensive tests to make sure there were no other associated problems.

They went on to do an inspection of my home. I was given some recommendations which I never thought about. I leaned a lot. They did a great job educating me which was very helpful given I am a first time home owner.

I am very satisfied with the level of service and transparency. Would absolutely use again again!

Richard and Matthew were here today and were very helpful with replacing the furnace that had been installed in Jan2024( that furnace was very noisy).
They installed a new quieter furnace.. They were very neat and pleasant. Showed us the features of our furnace. I would highly recommend both of them and would ask for them if we had further furnace issues. Thanks - we are happy with the new furnace!

I wrote in a previous review for great work Bill did fixing my leaking faucet and checking other plumbing out etc. I got a response from owner and somehow I am not sure what happened to it. Hope it wasn't deleted by mistake!
