Kyle and his apprentice (sorry, I think his name is Ferrel) were great! Personable and communicated well. The issue was well taken care of and all my questions were answered.

Mike was very professional and diligent. Completed his work quietly, quickly and with a top quality outcome. Took the time to explain the cause of our issue, provided options for repair and then executed the work. We are very happy with the result.

Laverne has a wonderful personality. He quickly discovered the problem with our HW tank and within minutes we were up and running, he even took the time to complete a whole home inspection. All this and he was dispatched 2 days before our scheduled appointment.

Very professional and informative. I am very impressed with there service and very confident with there work and skill leval.

Called for an estimate for tearing down and reinstalling new tub, toilet, and sink. Agreed to work and price and they did the tear down right then and there. Showed me what else needed to be replaced and handled that too. Cleaned up their mess and explained what needed to be done in order for them to do the reinstall and I am now ahead of schedule. I've used Gentlemen plumbers in the past however they have stepped up the level of client service. A pleasure to deal with Mark B. and his assistant. No upselling, no games, fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Prompt, professional and efficient service provided by Andrew and one other technician to diagnose water heater tank leak, followed by new water heater installation. Further follow-up with Maria, customer service rep., was exceptional. Thank you to all!

Mike was great. We suspected there might be a leak in the master bathroom.. Mike checked all the water and looked at floor and shower door and suggested that the concern could be a problem with the shower door not closing all the way and water getting under the lino. I highly recommend Gentlemen plumber.. The name certainly suits all 3 plumbers I have worked with. 10++

Julio came to install my dishwasher and provided an excellent service. He was very kind and helpful. Being not very handy myself, he even instructed me on how my entire plumbing system works in my condo if there was ever any water issues.

Laverne was excellent in terms of explaining what he was doing, reviewing pricing, and even going above and beyond to show me ways I could save money or avoid larger issues in the future. He obviously wanted to help me and make sure I not only got a resolution today, but knowledge I would benefit from in the future.

He was courteous and took precautions for COVID.

He took time to help with a smaller job that had me stumped and got it crossed off quickly before taking care of a serious sink issue; spent time he didn’t have to but left me feeling like he cared about me as an individual and a homeowner - not a gullible mark.

Pricing: it’s never cheap, and it stung (nobody likes spending money), but I got value out of everything else shared and the time spent. It cost more because they had to go past 25ft with the snake; it is what it is and I wouldn’t have been able to solve any of the issues on my own.

I always use the gentlemen plumbers. They are always very accommodating & do a good job. Nick installed a new humidifier on the furnace today. He was very polite & efficient. He came in assessed the job & recommended a good replacement. He also fixed a tap that was leaking. All in all it was a good experience. Thank you Nick.

Frank came out and was such a delight! Talk about one very knowledgeable man in so many different areas, funny too! Talk about Bigfoot and you've struck a funny conversation!! Lol
Professional, yet very down to Earth and I can tell from all he did... Very honest.
Didn't want to do more than was absolutely necessary and installed 3 new toilets for me. He showed me how the new toilet lids go on and conjure off with ease and extra tips.
He actually shoveled snow to get into the house... Now, wasn't sure if I was going to write that because then everyone will have that expectation. So, if you do get it... Your blessed. That was just a bonus.
He really enjoys the company and his boss and the plan with the inspections etc... Really speak about the owner.
So, I do highly recommend this company and appreciate all that I heard about the owner.
Ladies... If you are nervous about "who" they will send out...
They do a background check/drug test and send you a clear picture of who's going to show up at your doorstep. They text you when they will arrive.
