These guys moved from the SE to 8 th Street NE and they showed up at my place with a shirt with a smiley face and tie and the truck had a big smiley face, so you can differentiate between these companies that are under the service Titan business model umbrella. I got three quotes like you are supposed to do.

The guy that showed up was riding the truck by himself and he said he was a first year and he was doing sales more than the plumbing aspect cause he was carrying an ipad for the assessment without any tools or a flashlight. I know about this Titan business model cause I have some experience in the trades.

Basically , these guys have weekly sales targets and the apprentices have to endure meetings off of the clock. Their biggest fish is landing Seniors and essential to their business model. Seems like all that they say to any negative review on here is we have no record of you on our file. Not very helpful. They will probably write the same under this review.

I just paid the minimum fee and the first year apprentice went on his way by himself. I wanted a plumber and not a salesman that gouges older clients.

Nick did a great job repairing our furnace. We called yesterday and it was fixed today. Awesome. Nick is such a knowledgeable and nice person. It's pros like Nick that make us feel secure being members of Gentlemen Pros.

Vic and Hermes were very thorough and did what I needed for my bathroom renovation. Very happy with their work.
