We are very happy with the work Gentlemen Plumbers has done for us. We have been members for many years and appreciate the yearly plumbing checkups we receive so that we can keep ahead of any major problems. We received excellent information and tips from Mike when he came today for our annual visit. They are always punctual, knowledgeable and do quality work.

Showed up on time in full PPE equipment in light of the Covid 19 situation. Explained the problem and gave me options. Helped with a couple of other small issues I had which weren’t on the initial inquiry. Polite and friendly. Would recommend Laverne, great guy and clearly knows his stuff.

Andrew provided us with a complementary home inspection and I truly valued this educational experience. He took me through my house from room to room to show me how I could better manage my plumbing system. I think this will save us money in the future as he was able to show me how to avoid future problems.

Very happy with the service today. They sent Andrew out to help us with our water tank. He walked me through everything that was wrong with the tank and the solution and how much it would cost. He answered all my questions and gave great advice.

We had a broken bathroom faucet that we needed replaced and we already purchased the replacement faucet. On arrival, the guy gave us a quote that was almost $400, yes four hundred dollars. I have never ever experienced this type of price gourging and I wondered if it had anything to do with the COVID-19 shutdowns. Also, since we were already committed to paying for the plumber coming to our home, it may also have been a ploy to induce us to pay the exorbitant price and avoid the cost of bringing in another plumber. We opted to pay the $73.45 and send the plumber away. What a very unprofessional conduct and, of course, I will never ever deal with this company again.

My original contact with The Gentlemen Plumbers Calgary was very aggravating as noted above. However, I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by a lady from the company, Cherelle, who wanted to learn what went wrong and how they could do better. My interaction with her was very positive and restored my faith in the company. She made persistent efforts to address my concerns and promised that management would use the experience to improve their processes. I am 100% satisfied by her efforts.

I welcomed Richard (plumber) into my home again this morning for my annual plumbing and heating inspection. He was here last year for the same purpose and I’m happy to report that all is fine at home.

Richard is very professional and sure knows his stuff! He and I talked about upgrading my thermostat in the future as the one I have now is quite and old model and the time function no longer works. Recommendations were made that would work with my furnace. He is also quite friendly, calm and efficient.

I would highly recommend Richard and Gentlemen Pros. I hope when next year’s inspection time comes round he is assigned to come back. This is a great company - easy to book as well as the availability for timely service appts. Thank you!

My experience with The Gentleman’s Plumbers was exceptional and would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber to use them. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable, professional & friendly. He respected my home by laying down carpet and wearing protective gear for the safety of both parties and consulted with me every step of the way. My new sump pump was installed and the area cleaned up. He also stayed and did an inspection of the rest of my plumbing lines and provided recommendations on possible remediation. Thank you once again Adam for making this experience a good one!

The service technician came quickly, and was very professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and included a free inspection with recommendations.
I found the service to be very expensive, but that's the price of quality service.

Exceptional company! We’ve had service companies deliver good service but The Gentlemen Plumbers is by far the most attentive to detail from my first contact to to closing off the service. I was advised that our technician had their criminal record checked and also sent us a photo to make sure we have the right guy. Second, they came prepared and have the proper PPE in response to COVID19 and for their techs safety, I was also asked a few COVID19 questions to make sure their employees are safe coming in to our house. As for the tech, Andrew, he was very knowledgeable and explained what went wrong and fixed the issue and made sure everything checked out before he left. Thanks! Definitely would use this company again (hopefully not anytime soon) and even before everything was fixed, I’ve already recommended them to a few of our friends.

Had a broken outside tap for the last three years- finally broke down and got it fixed. Loved how I was kept up to date on who my tech was and time of arrival-very prompt. The tech (Andrew P.) was awesome! Very professional and thorough. Never expressed frustration even with the extra work that was asked of him after the first part was completed...very thorough answering all My questions and offering suggestions that i felt comfortable with. I now have a list of to dos- without any pressure to buy! So when it’s time I know who I can count on.

We were very pleased with Andrew’s thoroughness and professionalism. He was diligent and diagnosed our issue. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Same day service for replacing a hot water tank. Tank seems to work well, work was done quickly, and the space was left clean. The plumber sanitized before leaving, and wore PPE for the whole visit. Thank you for coming out during the pandemic.

Quote for pipe replacement was reasonable and details to prepare that were thorough. Work done to replace cast iron vent stack was more challenging than estimated but Andrew and his partner were at it for six hours to get it done. Great job by both men to get it all out and new pipe installed. Good clean-up after too as well as testing it all worked as it should.
