Mike was very professional and courteous. Everything was done in a timely and high end expectations. Everything was cleaned up better than when he syarted.
I am so happy to have my dishwasher and he replaced the under sink pipes as asked but went above and beyond and found the reason for a leak we had in the basement and he fixed that with no second thought. I would highly recommend Mike from The Gentlemen's Plumber. Great job!

Also walked me through potential future issues in the house without pressuring me to fix anything at the time, more so I could be aware of what to watch out for. Was very happy with the service

Frank and his co worker (equally as great) came by and assessed our toilet that was making the loudest sound and was causing us grief. They gave us our options without any pressure and fixed our toilet back to new. They checked out all the rest of our plumbing in the house to make sure we were good to go and were very quick and knowledgeable. They were in fact, gentleman. Would highly recommend!

Adam V. did a furnace replacement and plumbing inspection. He was very thorough and quite pleasant. His suggestions for improvements were very pertinent. Unfortunately, we were unable to use Gentleman Plumbers as their costs were much more expensive than alternate companies. We do thank them and Adam V. for their work and attention. As an addition to our review, we would like to note that 'Gentlemen Plumbers' got back to us regarding our experience. They were willing to refund the service call, which was nice, but in our opinion, unnecessary. Their attention to detail and experience was well worth the cost of the service call. They have also promised us a service credit in case we may be in need of their services in the future. Very commendable!

Had a few odd things around the house that needed a plumbers attention, they were prompt (they are fairly pricey) and the plumber was super nice, helpful and got the jobs done. Accidents happen, and we ended up having a flood after their visit, they were quick to respond and correct the damages. Inconvenient for sure and highly stressful, however they brought in the right trades to right the wrong and working with the customer care specialist Maria, was wonderful. She was very helpful and understanding and made sure that everything was taken care of and that we were happy in the end. Thank you Maria S, you were lovely to work with.
