Dean was very courteous and did not mind answering questions regarding the work he was performing. Once he performed the task of installing the light fixture he proceeded to do an electrical inspection of the hole house and made us aware of some of the deficiencies which to his professional expertise should be corrected. We do appreciate how he explained everything in a manner with was simple and made sense to us. I would certainly recommend Dean to friends and family.

The gentleman came and repaired my furnace thermocouple. Titans everything in my kitchen sink tops. And then inspected everything that was Plumbing. Educated me on the new program that they have which I joined. Was thoroughly professional and very kind and very informative and educated me quite a bit. Had them do our annual furnace service inspection and cleaning. One of the most thorough jobs I have seen - not your typical 1 hr service call by others. They actual pulled the blower and cleaned it outside and inspected all facets of the furnace and found out why the fan may not shut off at times (debris). They also inspected all plumbing (sump pump, sinks, drains, showers, etc.). Good thing they checked the sump pump as the float was being blocked by the inlet pipe. Overall, Vern was a very professional and thorough service rep and give him 5 stars for his work. This is a much higher cost than the typical $149 service we have had in the past, but I think worth doing this level of cleaning every 3-4 years.

I had never used this company before so I was a little hesitant. The technician Darren came over and completely blew away expectations. Friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and of course a gentleman! Our issue was not simple, but Darren was very resourceful and reminded me almost of a lawyer or healthcare professional in his approach to diagnosis, research and resolution of the problem! Got the job done in a day and the quality and finish were amazing. I will use this company again, and recommend Darren as a truly exceptional technician.
