Jeff explained clearly what he had to do to install my shower tap, and told me the price before starting. He was quick, thorough and did a great job. He took the time and ensured the pressure was sufficient and there was no issues whatsoever throughout the install. Phenomenal work!

I opened the boiler room door this afternoon to every home-owner's nightmare, which was a sizeable pool of water of uncertain origin, running under a wall into a room with a finished floor. I pulled Gentleman Plumber's number out of Google in a panic looking for someone local who could provide emergency service outside of normal business hours. The dispatcher talked me through shutting off the water main, and then they sent us Rachelle, who was absolutely great. She was able to locate and fix the problem quickly, but she was also very clear, upfront about pricing and work options, generous with explanations, and thorough about cleaning up after the work. She also did a full inspection of the rest of the plumbing in the house (what could be accessed without cutting into walls) and worked up a quote for some other necessary repair work. We were thoroughly impressed with Rachelle's and Gentleman Plumbers' courteousness, thoroughness, and sense of accountability, and would definitely work with them again.

We are so happy with the service we received from Dave with The Gentleman Plumbers. Our only regret is not contacting him sooner. Dave was timely, courteous, clean and most importantly, he fixed the leak the “other” plumber couldn’t after 6 attempts and cutting hole in our beautiful cabinetry. Dave fixed our leak on the 1st try!

Mike was extremely friendly and went over other areas of my home with me. He made a few suggestions and explained the why's and why nots. Definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a knowledgeable plumber..

Wow- talk about customer service! Gentlemen Pros came out to do a sewer-line inspection on a house that we had put an offer on. Thomas, our "Pro" was very knowledgeable, kind and straightforward. I think one of the best parts though, were the office staff who I spoke to on the phone several times. Each time I called, the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive and helpful. They consistently and quickly followed up with requests that I had made. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Leak under my kitchen sink on Easter long weekend, they answered the phone on Good Friday to my surprise. Good Covid-19 protocols, and upfront pricing, they had all the stuff they needed in the repair van. Gave a nice inspection of other plumbing and looked at my hot water tank and furnace too. then Gentleman plumber that arrived was quiet and respectful. I will use them again

Called Gentlemen Plumbers to investigate some noises coming from the water heater. Walter was prompt, respectful, and super nice. He also did a great job inspecting our furnace and water heater, and a great job explaining my options. This is my second time using GP, and I would definitely keep going to them when I need.

I do home inspections for A buyers Choice Home Inspections.. Jonah was doing the sewer scope at the same time I was. In addition he checked the whole plumbing system, showers, toilets, sinks, drains, vents, sump pump, water heater, furnace even! etc. He did a very thorough job. Basically did 1/4 of my job. We compare notes after and they matched up 99%. I over heard Jonah talking with the clients and he was very professional and did a great job at explaining everything. I was very impressed. I am only getting to writing this review now, although this work had been done a while ago. I initially called to get my boiler replaced since I wasn't getting any hot water in my home, but wasn't exactly sure what the cause of the issue was. The technician was very helpful in explaining the issue at hand and was able to quote me a price. I committed and scheduled the servicing. It was done very efficiently (within the same day), but I couldn't help feel that the price wasn't worth the value of the work I was getting done. Afterwards, I called in to speak about the unfair pricing, and was directed to the client care department where I spoke to Maria. After a lengthy conversation of her reviewing the cost of services and warranty, I felt at ease since she helped me to go over the cost of services and products. Thanks for the great service!
