The ceiling on the main floor of our house started leaking and we wanted to know if it was a plumbing leak or rain related. Walter was very thorough with his inspection and discovered some wet spots in the attic and determined that the leak was coming through the roof/vent and not the plumbing. He noticed some shingles missing on the roof as well. Great, friendly service!

Walter did our work and he was incredible! Honest and very professional. He is willing to explain to you the work he is doing in detail and this puts your mind at ease. As soon as he walked in the door he was very positive and confident that he was going to fix the problem and make it 100% working again. His advice and knowledge was outstanding. Walter is truly an angel! This young man worked in my house like it was his own. If you get work done by Walter you have best!

Walter and Randy came out to give me an estimate of replacing my sewer line and I am soo over the top happy with them. Kind, genuine, honest and just a good feeling radiating out of them.

Colton moved my washer & dryer plumbing & air vent from one basement location to another. He did a great job! Colton was very polite and accommodating. He stayed until the job was done (poor fella - it took ages). Great service! I will definately use Gentleman Plumbers again!

Had an appointment booked for Monday, but a time opened up Friday only two hours after my initial call. This made a huge difference as it would have been very inconvenient to go the whole weekend without a kitchen sink and dishwasher. Brad showed up on time and performed the fix and complementary home inspection quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions, providing a number of tips for home maintenance. I would highly recommend The Gentlemen Pros and Brad.

Thomas and Randy came to assess and repair a backed up floor drain - both were professional, neat, personable and above all....gentlemen! Not to mention, they knocked off a couple hundred bucks because the job came under estimate - I wouldn't have known the difference but they made sure I was aware. Good guys - good company. Hermes was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my many questions, and left me feeling more confident about how to manage proper upkeep of our new home.

We have used the Gentleman Plumbers (now Pros) many times over the years for our home renos. We called them a few days before we were renovating our main floor bathroom, and they showed up on time, and helped us remove our toilet, plum in a new shower line, detach our faucet for our bathroom vanity. They also scoped our main sewer line and now we have set up a time to have that routered. The Gentleman Pros are great, they always do exactly what they say they're going to do, no matter how long it takes, and the price doesn't change. We will definitely be using them again.

Work was done in a timely manner. Got exactly what I asked for. I've used them before I'll use them again.

I have a difficult issue to diagnose in my home in relation to pressure / volume. The City / EPCOR was not even remotely helpful, and two other companies saw the issue, said it was the City's problem, and wouldn't delve further.

I eventually called the Gentleman Plumbers and they sent Ryan. He spent plenty of time examining things before suggesting a possible fix to me. It was expensive and I was hesitant as he made it clear it was not a certainty for fixing the issue. Having had zero suggestions from anyone else, I went it. It ended up fixing the issue no one else could diagnose.

However, not the end of the story. 2.5 years later the problem returns out of the blue. So I call the Gentleman Plumbers again and manage to get Ryan back out. He again does some exploratory work (keeping in mind the prior work resolved it for 2 years) and we've limited the location of the issue (if not the specific cause). I am now pondering the fix as we've got a couple of options.

While the issue is not yet resolved that is not on Ryan / the Gentleman Plumbers as I am contemplating my options. However, they were the only ones who took their time to examine the issue and suggest causes / solutions without simply blaming the City.

I recommend them highly for their work on this issue with me.

FOLLOW-UP (Several Years Later)

On the issue noted above, their suggestion was correct and the issue was finally resolved (not years later, shortly after I left the above review).

I am now doing an update (as apparently I can't leave two google reviews for the same business). Had a leak issue last night. They sent out Mo S. to assist. He was covering the night shift and spent several hours locating the leak, draining the water built up in the ceiling, and replacing the manifold (to repair the leak). Excellent service, timely, and very professional. Mo was great and very personable. Thanks again for excellent service.

Partially blocked sewer system fixed, and scoped 160 feet from second floor bathroom to the street ! Other general repairs done on washer piping, and new water pressure reduction valve added to the house.

Marc was in and out in no time flat. Very professional service. I would recommend The Gentlemen Plumber to everyone. Jonah was our first service tech and he did a great job but, unfortunately our pipes thought differently. After he was done one of the joints below where he was working cracked which resulted in us calling Marc to come pay us a visit. All done.

Dave S was phenomenal to deal with. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and professional. He addressed my plumbing issue in an efficient and cost effective manner. He even pointed out other plumbing problems that I will eventually have to follow up on in the near future. My experience dealing with The Gentlemen Plumbers was very positive and intend to use them again in the future.
