Dave Stewart solved my difficult plumbing mystery - one that I had been trying to solve for a year! There was a bad odour in my basement. Finally, I called The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing. It took five visits, two smoke tests and a few pipe inspection holes in my walls but Dave found the source! A fly by night plumber had done work improperly many years ago in which he stuffed a newspaper in a three inch pipe rather than properly capping the hole and tying it into the sewer system! When the newspaper degraded enough to fall out, we had bad smells. Dave didn’t give up! He was professional, efficient, very skilled and pleasant. If you need a plumber, I recommend him and this amazing company. I give them 10 stars out of five!

David H was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I appreciated the safety inspection report and being given options for the work that needed to be done.

Jeff as friendly, polite, informative, he explained things really well in layman terms, he performed the service repairs promptly and efficiently, and answered all my questions patiently. Overall a great experience. Thanks Jeff

Andrew P. from The Gentlemen Pros came to give us an estimate on AC today. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous!

Dave demonstrated excellent customer service, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the process. Showed a lot of patience and grace in a frustrating situation. I recommend him for any service call.

I am very happy with the plumbing work Ryan did at my home.
He was very friendly, efficient, and informative. He was very clear on what he was going to do and there were no surprises. I also found out that the company does way more than just plumbing, I will be booking The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing for my other home needs. Thank so much Ryan!!

Quick service at a great price. Explained everything so my non-electrician brain could understand it.

Gentleman Pro’s have always been so good to come help with electrical and plumbing needs. When we lived in a mobile and now on an acreage! Knowledgeable, prompt and always friendly and honest about the work being done.

These guys were amazing they did everything they said they would do and I will use them again in a heartbeat 👍👍

They came right away - same day and dealt with the problem quickly and effectively. Highly recommend!

Conrad L. came out to replace the shut off valve. He did an excellent job. Great work, reasonable price for the amount of work done . Thank you. We’ve used Gentleman Pros Plumbing before and will continue to use them.

AMAZING experience. Jeff was very kind, and knowledgeable, he explained everything with detail, gave me advice on timelines and repairs.

I had 2 issues for Deitmar, the tecnician, to fix when he arrived. When I was told he was on his way he arrived on time and went right to work. He was great explaining to me the reasons for the problems, remedies he would take, the anticipated costs and how the company worked, including letting me know of some other services The Gentleman Plumbers offer such as the indepth inspection he gave me of the furnace, hot water heater and lines throughout the house. He was very professional (had paper slippers, a mat, every tool he'd need, explained things as he went along, cleaned things up, etc) and was friendly and open to questions the whole time. He's correctly addressed my plumbing issues I feel and I'm very pleased with the results of his work and the overall experience itself.

I got a call alerting me Gareth was on his way, approximately 30 minutes before his arrival. He was courteous, organized, brought a matt so there was no dirt at the entrance, and booties to cover his shoes. Did a professional job. Helped me put things back in place once he was done. No surprises on the work or the estimate.

We received such a great experience from Cody. C today! He was very kind, good at explaining about his service and so patient with my little fluffy family😊 highly recommended to everyone!

Jordan G did a great job to stop a leak that required cutting a copper pipe and soldering. The leak was in a difficult position, which forced him to do extra work. We are very satisfied with his job.

I had a serious problem as I found my upstairs toilet was causing water to drip everywhere on my dropped ceiling in my basement and I knew it was over my head you guys helped me out.

Spending a few hundred dollars saved me thousands had I left this overnight.

Had Gareth come in to help with roots in our pipes. Absolutely lovely experience. Helped us set up our new shower head as well. Highly recommend!
