My wife Julie and I recently bought a 1969 split level home knowing some of the mechanical work would need upgrading so we hired Gentlemen Pros to upgrade our electrical panel, furnace replacements and smaller jobs that we didn’t have time to do. Reading other reviews there have been comments about the price they charge. Yes Gentlemen Pros are at the higher end when it comes to cost but you pay for what you get and with this company we have received A+ service every time. Julie and I want to thank Julien, Logan, Frank, Troy and Austin (I believe this is the apprentice’s name) for their high quality friendly service, and helpful advice and Hannah for quickly tracking down our permits and inspection reports. We have used other companies over the years on different projects and Gentlemen Pros is at the top.

Once again we called on the services of Gentlemen Pros to deal with some dreaded ploy “B” in our house and garage. We were very happy when Logan showed up as he has done some work for us very recently. As always and with all Gentlemen Pro staff, Logan was on time, very friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable in his work. Logan was able to deal with the problems and provide some no pressure options for future considerations. Again I highly recommend Gentle Pros for your plumbing, HVAC or electrical needs! Very professional and quality service. A little expensive, given that we had a lot of older pipes that needed to be updated, but fair and well laid out ahead of time.

James did a great job, it was a challenge because our home was build in 1959 and not everything got a fresh up in the past including the plumbing. He was able to solve the main issue with the kitchen and washer drain.He was very professionel and patient to explain what the problems are and how to fix it.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the water tank functions, including details about the anode rod, sediment buildup, and maintenance tips to prevent damage. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood everything. I appreciated his expertise and clear explanations.

James was fantastic. An excellent plumber. We had a leak from the kitchen room and he was able to identify the issue right away and went the extra steps in testing every water source to ensure no more leaks. After which, he did a quick home inspection to provide recommendations on preventative measures.
