My wife and I had a leak on our upstairs floor that we thought was coming from our tub and left water stains on our main floor bathroom ceiling. Adam came and diagnosed things quickly and professionally. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and was very straightforward with his pricing and reasoning for quote. It ended up being our toilet. Adam gave us very straightforward options and replaced our toilet for us in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to use a Adam or his company again and even requested having Adam on our file personally. Would not hesitate to use Adam or the company again. Great work and thank you for being on time and so professional.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Riley and The Gentlemen Pros. He was personable, knowledgeable and incredibly hard working; going the extra mile to snake and remove a loose back flow plug from our basement drain line. All services and costs were clearly explained and the workspace was immaculate once the job was done!

I have used the Gentlemen Pros several times at my home in Edmonton. It is an excellent service! They are always courteous, on-time, and very professional. I have used them for different types of plumbing problems (sinks and bathtubs) and they have always been able to fix the problem. Would recommend. :)

We asked Gentlemen Pros to change undermount kitchen sink and kitchen faucet on September 20th. They sent Adam L. alone to do the job. He has not sure for couple of things so called to his office which spent lot of time. He did his full efforts to do the job safely which he did, but at the end he damages our counter top a little bit. But I still give him five stars because he worked very hard and perhaps it was two men job. He worked continuously without break until job completed.

Flavien did a great job helping me finish off my bathroom renovation by connecting the sink and tub faucets and drains. The tub was a particular challenge requiring specialized parts and installation, but he was diligent and thorough in finding a solution. Will continue to use The Gentlemen Pros for future plumbing needs.

Michaela quickly identified the leaks under our kitchen sink and replaced the necessary parts. She arrived at her designated time, was courteous, professional, and competent. She walked me through the problem recommended solution and showed me the repair work. I would have her do our plumbing again. Thanks

I had a leak in my home after a previous plumber told me it was fixed. I called the gentleman and it was a great experience. Gareth in specific was awesome. I don't know what that guy's making, but he needs a raise. As a business owner, he's the type of guy you pay well to make sure he's happy and sticks around. I'd recommend him to everyone, and I will be.

Called at night re sewer drain backup. Company put me on a waitlist for next day apt. Called around noon to say someone would be coming. Ryan arrived, explained how things worked. Gave me a quote. He was very professional, got to work right away. About 2 hours later he was showing me pictures of my clean drain. This is the second time I have used this company.

It seems like the Gentlemen Pros have become permanent fixtures at my house - not in a bad way but after our new furnace was installed, I was distressed to discover that we had no hot water. Thought that it was good ole Murphy's law rearing it's head, so called the Gentlemen Pros to have a look and Terry came and discovered that the water tank/heater had been unplugged during the installation of the new furnace and not plugged back in. So while it is definitely nearing its end of life, it still has some time left so was happy to have hot water less than an hour later! Invoice to me...$0.00. Amazing experience from start to finish. From the very first phone call they were so friendly and accommodating. Mohamed helped repair and vent a leaking pipe in my bathroom. He was professional, friendly, offered so much advice (worth its weight in gold) and went above and beyond. It’s nice to know that the problem will be fixed in the same day and fixed well.
