Excellent experience overall. Laverne is super knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to translate that to someone who knows nothing about plumbing (aka ME lol). I really felt that this was an honest experience, no attempts to upsell or force me into anything I wasn't wanting to do.

We are looking forward to our followup appt next week to get our new water softener installed!

Regarding acquiring a quote for a retrofit boiler, I've had good, proactive, communication with the head office and dispatch. Ryan P. (our assigned technician) arrived on time, was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.

I had a toilet with a mechanical snake that was stuck in it after an unsuccessful attempt to clear a blockage. The two plumbers went above and beyond to help fix the problem and also checked and fixed other issues in my place. They even offered advice, tips, and ideas to make home maintenance easier for me (which I greatly needed). If I could offer more stars for this company I absolutely would! From the first phone call to the end of the visit, they were very friendly and helpful! No one could have fixed it better or done more to help! Thank you!

We were very pleased with service, knowledge and friendliness of Chris and Jeff. They both explained exactly what they did in layman terms. Excellent service.

Corey showed up on time and installed our new water heater without any complications and did not leave until he was assured it worked properly. Our decision to purchase a new water heater was based on his clear explanation of our options and was done without any pressure from him. All-in-all, our experience, though expensive, could not have been better.

We had Justin replace a leaky faucet with a complicated design. He was very clear about price and the work that had to be done. The work area was left spotless and he took the time to explain how the plumbing worked with the complications. Very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend to friends and also use the company again.

Ryan and Cherelle came to inspect our Hot Water Heater performance and installation. They were friendly and thorough, checking all aspects of the plumbing. I was provided with a thorough explanation of their findings and recommendations. Ray installed a new anode in our water softener as well.

I was fully satisfied with the services provided and would recommend Gentlemen Plumbers to anyone in need of their services.

Blair was on time, well prepared and explained the pricing options and processes. Blair's experience contributed to the auger process being successful and the drain being cleared.

His thorough inspection of the entire home plumbing system led to the discovery of a leak from the hot water heater. Again, Blair explained the options available and I chose to have a new heater installed immediately.

I was completely satisfied with the installation and the fact that we had our kitchen sinks back in use, as well as a new hot water heater.

The customer service received was outstanding. I would recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers to anyone in need of their services.

Andrew was polite and courteous. He cleared the blockage it my drainage pipes very thoroughly, not cutting any corners. Then the inspection camera was used and showed exactly how well the clog had been cleared. I am left with a strong level of confidence that this issue has been propperly addressed. It cost more than I'd like, but it was done right, and is guaranteed for a reasonable time period, so I'm satisfied.

Our tech Mike Z was very professional and courteous, he explained things and went over everthing before and after. I would recommend him and Gentleman Plumbers.
