Victor was very good at what he does, upfront with costs and completed the job in a timely manner. I’d say he is a good representative of the company as he is a gentleman. I didn’t give 5 stars because no one is perfect. I appreciated the honest appraisal of the job and potential problems with my plumbing issues even if they could be years from now. Everything is explained in plain English and you are shown what is being done.
