We are very pleased with Austin’s plumbing service work this morning. We’ve never used The Gentlemen Pro’s before, but they have a 4.8 out of 5 customer satisfaction rate, and I can understand why.

Our service was booked yesterday at noon, and Austin showed up at the door before 8:30 this morning, after sending us his arrival schedule just before 8.

Austin is a young man, but a great ambassador for the company. (The only plumbing service we’ve had in 50 years where the tech wears a tie!) He was articulate, knowledgeable and polite. He outlined the entire cost of the service up front, so there were no surprises. I thought the pricing was a little high, but their work is guaranteed for 5 years.

If today’s experience is any indicator, I would highly recommend The Gentlemen Pro’s, and Austin in particular. I think he has a very bright future ahead of him!

I had Andre J. of The Gentlemen Pros in to replace our 32 year old ensuite toilet which was the cause of a leak which presented on the ceiling of our powder room downstairs. Andre quickly identified the source of the leak and we talked about the options available for a replacement. Andre was very friendly and efficient in installing the new toilet to my satisfaction. Thankfully, I can postpone a costly bathroom reno. until next year. Thank you, Andre. Once again, the technicians from this company give excellent service and it's worth it being a member.

The gentleman pros were awesome to deal with. Our technician Stanley was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with his work. He originally came to replace a burnt out pot light and switch out 3 light switches for dimmers and during the visit I asked if he could install 3 more motion sensors and another dimmer. He had no problems with completing the extra work and was very thorough in explaining all the work he did.
Would recommend the gentleman pros to anyone looking for any electrical work they need. 10/10 for customer service and overall satisfaction with a job well done!!!

Conrad was fantastic, very personable and did great work. Was happy to have me watch the job being done so I could learn a few things. He did a complete inspection after the main job and found everything to be in order. He complimented us on the home we keep and the care we take in maintaining it. Will definitely be using The Gentlemen Plumbers if we need something in the future.
The only weird thing was the technicians wear ties. Does not seem very practicle when working around water and toilets. They do look very professional though.

Five stars for The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing in Edmonton. I had a lovely young man named Jordan G. come over and fix a clogged/leaking sink and also leaking toilet today. He did a great job and really made sure everything was in tip-top shape before he left with ALL the plumbing. He also was very kind and helpful, fixing a loose screw on a door and showing me where the water valves were.From a logistics perspective, these guys are very organized and are able to get to you quickly. I will def. be using them again when needed. Thanks!

Mohamed was a knowledgeable, courteous and efficient plumber. Nothing to do with his service but I thought a job that took 45 minutes tops and little supplies was quite expensive. Maybe I'm a bit out of touch. Overall happy with the results as he made modifications that will make clean out easier in the future
