Colleen helped us out today (will finish up Monday). From what I can tell so far, she is doing a thorough job on our bathroom fans and ducting replacement. Last company botched the repair (C-Mac Mechanical). Attic Rain Specialists way over quoted and were unprofessional. Gentlemen Pros seemed to be in the middle and are a good group to work with.

Jordan G came out to my house. I wasn't home, but my girlfriend met him. Our water bill had doubled the last couple of months, so I called Gentleman Pros to come out and see if we had a water leak somewhere. Jordan found that one of our toilets was leaking badly. He also inspected the rest of the house and found one of our other toilets was having issues. Both toilets were old so instead of paying to fix them, we opted to simply have both toilets replaced with new ones. Jordan was in and out in only a few hours and was pleasant and professional. He also unclogged one of our bathroom sink drains that wasn't draining properly. This was my first time using the Gentlemen Pros, and I would be happy to use them again. They were fast and their pricing was fair. Thank you!

Frank and Josh from the Gentleman Pros were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Frank quickly diagnosed my plumbing issues and got them fixed. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, show me the problem areas, and walk through their proposed solutions in a way that made sense—no plumbing jargon or mystery involved.

They also completed a thorough home inspection, which left me feeling confident that everything was in good shape. Josh gave me a few tips on maintaining things for insurance purposes, which was a nice extra. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them.

We had a bathroom redone by these Gentlemen, very pleased with the result. Their Pricing by the Job vs pricing by the hour worked very well for me, as a 1 day job became a 2.5 day job, with no added cost to me. They were knowledgeable, and were able to work around problems left by the Previous homeowner who appeared to have done some questionable renovations.

The employees themself were wonderful to work with. I had Jacob and Dan for most of it, and they were fantastic. Respectful and kind, and honest as well.
