Colin Y. was so pleasant to deal with, even when an old union cracked causing double the work. I looked over his work as well and he’s obviously a skilled plumber, stating “I’d way rather take the extra care to ensure it’s done right the first time and not get a callback. Callback’s are my biggest fear!” Will definitely be using Gentleman Pros again because of Colin.

Rene arrived on time ready to complete my service. He was friendly and professional. He spent time explaining the process to me and gave me frequent updates on what was going on. He took his time and was very thorough. I appreciate his hard work.

Brent the technician was very welcoming and pleasant. He was very helpful too . We live in a older home so the plumbing can be difficult. He was very determined to fix the problem. He was here a number of hours. He was pleasant throughout the job . Gentlemen Pros are very lucky to have him employed there . We are senior citizens with a budget . Riley & Dave worked seamlessly together to detect leaks coming through our ceilings from plumbing problems. One lead to the installation of a new toilet, the other lead to making an access panel to future repairs of a jet tub. They also replaced outdoor lines & facets.

Logan did an excellent job. In fact, he had to be creative in moving a difficult to access frost valve to a more accessible location (required working in very confined space). He also connected an outside water valve to a new valve with poly and this required working under a 3 ' deck. In addition, he removed a gas light and capped off the gas lines. He was very cooperative and completed a long list of repairs very efficiently. Thank you Logan for a job well done!
