We had a fantastic experience, from the friendly office staff to Chris, the helpful electrction tech. We had to rebook due to an issue at my work and they accommodated with no issue, Chris was friendly and complete the job quickly and with a great deal of professionalism. Would highly recommend and use again, I would have no hesitation to use the plumbing and HVAC services provided as well.

Cage C explained things very clearly. Professional and price and service was up front.

Corey was great at diagnosing the issue and providing a quick resolution to our garburator issue. He cleaned, was efficient and very knowledgeable. Will definitely call him back for our next plumbing issues!

Older building. Problems with slow drain sink. Auguring was hitting a brick wall. Worked with Owner to figure out together how drain pipe could be replaced with least disruption. Worked from 10 am to 9 pm without a break. Got help when she needed it. Throughly cleaned up.

Clear with explanations and quotes and even inspected the furnace.

For the disaster I came home to, Jason M did a superb job. Every question had an answer I could understand. My toilet is now running properly with the new hose. Always check n replace this hose regularly...water damage is not what you want! I will have Jason back to do future maintenance...THANK YOU!!

They are super friendly and easy to deal with! There is always someone to answer your call so you are not constantly talking to a machine. The staff are very knowledgeable and offer different solutions to the problem. Bill was an exceptional technician for all the aforementioned reasons and then some. He answered all questions that I had and checked out everything I asked him to without any hassle. They are competitively price and offer a great membership package as well! I highly recommend Gentleman Pros for all of your plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs!

Julio took pictures of the problem . Showed them to me and we decided it needed to be replaced. The old one was 30 plus years old. So I guess I did well. He had a new one on hand and was able to get help with it. Was completed in 4 hours.

Easy to talk to about problems. Plainly spoke about solutions to things that need to be done.
