Ryan is a very competent technician with excellent interpersonal skills. He explained every aspect of the repair and provided quotes for the available options as the job progressed. Because of his careful approach to our plumbing problem, we avoided major disasters down the road.

Chris was very helpful, and made every attempt to diagnose a leaking tap issue that in the end was not actually leaking. I only knew there was water when I booked the appointment...and Chris double and triple checked every possibility and was very diligent about finding the issue. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise!

As always, quality work done by experts. I am so happy with the service I receive today and will continue to call Gentlemen Pros for any future needs. Thank you!

Gage was my technician and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Polite, clean, fast, he went above and beyond. Someone give him a raise. The company were quick and easy to book, I loved the added security features for having someone enter your home.

Jeff W came and fixed our shower/tub. It seemed like it would be straight forward, but once in, it was a bigger and a little more complex. He put in a lot of work to fix our problem and was absolutely more than happy to help, and now we are up and running again. Jeff was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use their services again. Excellent service.

Peter was professional and did a great job. However I found this company to be very expensive and will not use them again. The electrician they sent also did a good job but everything they did was overpriced.

I was impressed he was able to show up next morning when called in the evening. To begin with, he provided detailed quotes according to different scenarios. His attitude was always positive and professional. The problem was solved and explained well and the price was as agreed.

I had a very pleasant experience with Gentlemans pro plumbing. The gentleman who helped me was named Corey and he was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all my concerns.

I called in and was able to have someone come out the next day. Peter was very thorough, polite and helpful. Was a great experience and I would definitely recommend!

March 6,2024 review update.
Thermostat/ Furnace service.

Jen received my call about my best thermostat and she was kind, pleasant, a joy to speak with.
They sent me Flavien and Martin to check on my electrical and furnace issues.
Both of them are extremely knowledgeable and gentlemen to boot.
My second time utilizing their services and won’t be the last.

Plumbing Service 2023
From the customer service lady Jen to Jason M - they have both made my experience quite pleasant and worry-free. I was anxious to find a good plumber that won’t rip me off and I am happy that I took a chance and called them. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and offer good warranty on parts and labour. Great staff and excellent service!!!
