1 year later: As my condo gets older, repairs & replacements are a fact of life. These guys were great. Chris was hard working and very friendly. Julio the "auger whisperer" was another hard working guy. It was a very tough job. 12 root obstructions but these guys kept at it to get the job done. Considering that they had to come back after a 6 hour stint and put in another 9 hour day the price was more than fair. I would use them again. Hope I don't have to.
